|
Vhu
– as a boring device – considerably increases possibilities of boring,
drilling and milling machines. These heads are suitable for precision
boring of cylindrical holes and for machining of external cylindrical surfaces.
The boring head Vhu by means of an automatic slide feed makes possible
facing, backfacing and taper machining. The slide feed is adjustable in three
or four grades and is stopped on adjustable dog by the pin clutch. The feed
is derived from the rotary motion of the head, if one of the feed is derived from
the rotary motion of the head, if one of the feed is
adjusted, the pin of the clutch
is put in and the brake ring is held by means of the stop bar.
The screw (34) serves for quick adjusting of side and on
the contrary the worm with the scale is used for fine adjusting of precision boring.
(1DIV= slide movement of 0,05 mm).
These heads are delivered with primary accessories in wooden
boxes. The taper shank is exchangeable and it isn't a component of primary
accessories. Therefore it´s necessary to order taper shank as a special item
separately. The boring heads Vhu110/Vhu160 are modifications of the basic
Vhu 80 resp. Vhu 125 types, they have extended slides and screws.

Mainly with an accuracy of IT7 and higher, only boring head 205 with an accuracy of IT6
up to IT5. |
|

Minimum
diameter of boring slot is around 6mm. For smaller
diameters firm NAREX MTE does not deliver tools. We
can say that the minimum diameter depends on tool
not on the head. Head is restricted by revolutions
and this way is restricted cutting speed on the
tool. |
|

All except universal boring heads Vhu which need direct staff.
There are operation during buttoned shog on Vhu. All other operations - boring can be realized on NC
and CNC machines. |
|
|
800 RPM by Vhu 36,
500 RPM by Vhu 56, Vhu 80, Vhu 110, Vhu 125 and Vhu
160 |
|
|
Boring head is designed only for boring of cylindrical slots.
Universal boring head is for operations which need cross tool movement during head turning.
This makes possible spotface slots faces and bore taper slots. |

length you find in relevant catalogue or

Boring head needs spindle machine rigidity, table rigidity and
clamping of the part. Furthermore needs machine feed with possibility of its switch-off in needed place.
If the rigidity is insufficient the boring result is not reliable. |

|
Head Vhu 20 is not produced even delivered,
this head is substituted by Vhu 36. |
|
|
Head Vhu 32 is old type and its production was ended
30 years ago. Spare parts are not produced and repairs are not provided. |
|
|
It is delivered only like spare parts and in range which is on the stock.
We try to substitute it by new tools with VBD, which you can find in prospect Innovation change Vhu. |
|
|
Taper shanks VK360 have flange diameter 70mm. Shanks
VK801 have flange diameter 110mm. VK360 are designed
for Vhu 36, Vh 70, Vhs 50, and Vhs 10-125. Taper
shanks VK801 are designed for boring heads Vhu 56 to
Vhu 160, Vh 110, Vh 140 and Vhs 40-180. There is
also type VK800 R8 but it is designed only for head
Vhu 56 and especially for North American market. |

Product repairing
|
|
|
|
NAREX MTE standardly provides repairs of produced and delivered products.
There are guarantee repairs or normal non guarantee repairs. During repair
is product dismounted, there are found defective parts and up to it is determined
range and price of repair. After customer´s repair price confirmation are defected
parts exchanged, product is again mounted and tested.
Repair speeding
For repair speeding and lower price is suitable to enclose to repair order letter with
information about problems (during which conditions defects occurs or indicate required range of repair).
